Ad Server Features - The ADS ad server allows a publisher to manage any number of advertisers and campaigns using fixed price, CPM or CPC ad models. It provides detailed reporting on impressions, clicks and click-through rate by advertiser, campaign, creative, channel and date. The ADS ad server provides a full array of targeting and delivery features for Ooyala ad display including:

• Delivery of all VAST 1.0 ad formats including preroll video, commercials and overlay ads.

• Campaign and creative start-date and end-date scheduling

• Impression and click goal scheduling
• Dayparting by day-of-week and hour-of-day
• Frequency capping
• Geo-targeting by country or U.S. state/Canadian province

Pricing

For video ad serving and ad management for Ooyala video, we have two offerings:

• A standalone self-service ADS video ad server account, starting at $500.00 per month (for up to 500,000 video ad impressions per month).  Includes training, user support, CDN integration and a service level agreement.  One-time set up fee of $750.00.
• An ADS video ad server account combined with full-service video ad trafficking services, starting at $1,250.00 per month (for up to 500,000 video ad impressions per month and 15 ad placements per month). Includes a dedicated ad trafficking manager, sales support, user support, CDN integration and a service level agreement.  One-time set up fee of $750.00.

Standalone Ad Server Pricing

A hosted ADS video ad serving account for Ooyala on a shared server has the following pricing and offerings:

• $750 one-time set-up fee.  

• Free training and technical support.

• Free Ooyala™ player configuration assistance.

• Ad server bandwidth and content delivery network (CDN) is included in the monthly rate.**

**Ad Delivery Solutions has a partnership with a worldwide third-party content delivery network (CDN) to deliver the advertising creative assets including .flv, .swf, .gif, and .jpg files.  All server bandwidth to deliver the ad creative assets is included in the ADS ad server account.

***The SLA guarantees an ad server uptime of 99.9% and specific ad server response times.  SLA monitoring, reporting and enforcement is provided by an independent third-party technology provider.  If SLA terms are not met, ADS clients receive a reduction in monthly ad serving fees, based on the third-party reporting and the terms of the SLA.
